Help and support.Children Always First prides itself on its support to carers. We believe we have the most ‘wraparound’ and substantial support services in fostering.

We view the support of our carers as our primary reason for being. We know that the only way of making sure Children Always First remains effective is by ensuring our carers have access to high quality support 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and that is exactly what we provide.

Staff Support

All of our staff are vetted and recruited because we believe that they care about young people and have something to offer the company. We pay our staff well and we treat them right because we believe keeping a happy stable team is crucial in ensuring our carer support is optimised.

Our entire management structure is child-focused and committed to utilising a ‘therapeutic parenting’ approach in order to achieve the best outcomes for the children we look after.

Our consultants have been recruited because they have a vast experience of working with looked after children and they have much expertise to bring to the table.

young happy family with child, outdoor portrait on natural backgOur Fostering Social Workers only have a caseload of a maximum 8 households so we ensure they are always available for you and you are always supported from admissions to discharges and everything in between. They have been recruited because they share our beliefs and vision for a company that can really make a difference.

Our Children’s Support Workers know each child/young person personally and ensure they are available and accessible and that if the child or you have a need they will be able to meet it. They are also tasked with running a funky children’s activity programme and staging regular consultations with the children.

Our administrators are the very core of the office. They make sure that effective records are kept, everyone gets paid on time and generally make us tick.
