Easy Tomato Pasta

Getting Started

Fill a large saucepan with water, put the lid on and bring to the boil over a high heat. Add a good pinch of sea salt. Once the water is boiling add in the pasta and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

Prepare Your Sauce

Peel and finely slice the garlic. When the pasta is almost ready, place the garlic in a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir regularly until lightly golden.

Add in the Tomatoes

Pour in the tomatoes and let it simmer on a low heat until your pasta is cooked.

Serve!

Use tongs to drag the pasta straight into the sauce, letting a little of the cooking water go with it.

Toss well over the heat, then serve!
